In 2015 Justin and Nicole moved from the U.S. to Thailand to work with unreached people groups in Western Thailand and Burma, which is wracked by the longest running civil war in history. The everyday lives of many of the Burmese people are affected by ongoing war, human trafficking, drug trafficking and sex trafficking Their mission is to love God, love people and make disciples that make disciples till the country of Burma is no longer part of the unreached people groups of our world.

Justin heads up The ARK Initiative. The ARK Initiative is helping migrant workers and indigenous leaders acquire new skills to enable them to find work or begin a small business.  Opportunities are limited for Burmese migrant workers, through partnerships with likeminded organizations we have been able to supply training in electrical, farming, community development, hydroponics and education.  These new skills allow the graduates to become more economically sustainable and often bring new skill sets that can assist entire villages

Nicole brings her experience as a teacher to curriculum development for family education, specifically Early Childhood Development classes. Nicole works with the Family Education Team to create engaging and helpful training sessions for families and communities.  Her experience is invaluable to the team.
