Our Desire
Is to see God’s Word have maximum impact among the Bibleless people resulting in changed lives. Vernacular media helps motivate reading, reaches into isolated areas and empowers the less literate.
Nathanael
I was born in An Yang City, South Korea. At the age of nine months I was adopted. My parents became missionaries with Wycliffe when I was nine and we moved all over the US, finally serving in Colombia. After three years we moved back to the USA. I went on several missions trips around the world before going to Bible school at Teen Missions Bible School. After finishing, I joined their staff and served there for four more years. I worked with teens each summer, was in the finance department and coordinated Teen Missions’ work in Mongolia. Darla and I met at Teen Missions.
Darla
I was born in Sioux City, Iowa. At the age of three we moved to Washington State where I grew up, accepted Christ, and my interest in missions was born. I attended three years of college and received two associates degrees. My family moved to Missouri where I worked at a bank and was active in our church. I went on several missions trips with Teen Missions and served on staff with them for 11 years. I worked with teens each summer, was in the finance department and helped coordinate Teen Missions’ work in Indonesia and Mongolia.
